Józef Wancer – Chairman

Graduate of the City University of New York and Webster University in Vienna. Worked for 23 years as Deputy Chairman and in other management positions at Citibank branches in Japan, Austria, Great Britain and France. From 1995 to 2000, Deputy Chairman and later Chairman of Raiffeisen CentroBank in Warsaw. Chairman of BPH Bank (2001–2010). Advisor to the Board of Deloitte Poland (2010–2013). Member of the Council of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Foundation and Chairman of its Finance Committee. Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland. Since 2021, Wancer is the Honorary Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BNP Paribas.

Ludmiła Falak-Cyniak

Vice-President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski. Former CEO of the pension fund company Aegon PTE S.A. Active in the capital market since 1998. Specialises in asset and portfolio management, with experience as Chief Investment Officer in investment companies. She holds a financial advisor licence, a securities dealer licence, is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Professional Risk Manager (PRM).

Włodzimierz Grudziński

Graduate in mathematics and mechanics from the University of Warsaw. Founding member of the Polish Society for Information Processing and the Polish Go Association. Chairman of BISE Bank S.A. (1990–2007). Deputy Chairman of the Polish Banking Association and its Chairman from 1997 to 2009. Independent consultant. Authorised representative of the Board of the Polish Bank Association.

Peter Hommelhoff

Law professor with 40 years of experience in teaching and practice. Studied in Berlin, Tübingen and Freiburg. Former Rector of Heidelberg University. Former judge at the Higher Regional Courts of Hamm and Karlsruhe. Chairman of the Expert Advisory Board at the Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich. Chairman of the Advisory Board at Andrássy University in Budapest. Honorary doctorate from the cities of Krakow and Montpellier. Legal advisor at KPMG AG.

Ekkehard Thiesler

Banker and doctor of economics. Graduate economist in Mannheim. Former trainee at DZ Bank in Frankfurt and London. Member of the Federal Association of German Cooperative Banks. Member of the Board of Volksbank. Chairman of the Board of KD-Bank.

Claude Trink

Financier, engineer and energy expert. Chairman of PPE, an applied research centre in France. Advisor to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs on bilateral cooperation. Experience in financing and innovation programmes.

Philipp Mohr

Managing Director at Harris Williams, Frankfurt, Germany. Previously Vice Chairman Investment Banking at William Blair International, Frankfurt (2013-2025), Global Head of M&A at Commerzbank (2008-2012), Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort in Frankfurt (2001-2008), and JP Morgan in London (1998-2001). Lecturer at Institut für Internationale Angelegenheiten in Hamburg (1994-1997). PhD in Law at University of Hamburg, Master of Philosophy in Cambridge (1991). Today, Philipp also serves as Deputy chairman of the Board of DVS Technology and Deputy chairman of the board of Anne Frank Centre in Frankfurt.

Eva Maltschnig

Senior Manager at Zanders, a global treasury, risk, and technology consulting group. 10+ years of experience in Corporate and Public Finance, experienced debt advisor with a focus on financing strategies and transaction support. Background in the public sector / investment financing. Degree in Socioeconomics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
